We offer a variety of payment options. These include valid credit and debit cards, such as VISA/MasterCard/Maestro/Rupay network, mobile wallets from Google Wallet, PayTM, or BHIM UPI. We also offer cash on delivery for our customers’ convenience who doesn’t want to pay online.

As of now, Dhamaali Toys Mart ships orders PAN India-wide only by using reliable courier network providers.

We pride ourselves on using trusted couriers partners who will get your order across India within 3-7 days. However, Dhamaali Toys Mart cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to natural disasters, strikes, or bank holidays, for example.

Shipping Policy

We are committed toward shipping you the excellent product and in good packaging quality in a given time. Also, we do ship products all six days in a week except any public holiday or Sunday. We ensure that your products reach you well in time and we choose the best courier partner. If you are located in an area where our courier partner does not deliver, we ship products from any Speed Post or Government Registered book post. All the courier charges are specific to different products. A customer who orders more products needs to pay more delivery charges. All the goods prices are inclusive of all the taxes. For the Maharashtra region, one needs to pay extra since Extra Octroi is not inclusive. All the orders are dispatched within three days of the delivery, and it takes 7-10 days for delivery. Delivery of all the products is done in the respective address. If in case you receive any damaged product then you should refuse the package and don’t accept it. Also, you can return the product to the delivery person. We do have customer care number in our contact details for any such issue. You can contact us on our number or through email. We will make sure that in case you receive a damaged or wrong product, you will get a replacement. You need to make sure that the product does have all the tags and packing is not damaged while you send us the product back.

Shipping Charges

All shipping is free unless you want express delivery. Shipping is free. Express delivery charges are calculated based on actual shipping rates charged by the courier companies.

Cancellations

Due to our strict packaging and delivery standards, we cannot cancel or change any orders that have been dispatched for delivery. If you want to cancel or change your order, please call on +91 95101 08084 promptly. We will be happy to assist you in the order cancellation process.

Returns & Exchange

Dhamaali Toys Mart has a strict no-refunds policy across the website. Additionally, we do not accept returns due to health & safety concerns regarding baby/kids products. This means that all the products you receive are brand new and original products with sealed packaging.

And we value hygiene more than anything else; therefore, you strictly read our return, refund, and exchange policy by purchasing from our website.

We will never accept the return of a product that has been opened at any stage of its life. We aim to be the most trusted people in our industry, with each customer feeling valued and cared for.

If by any way you are unhappy or not satisfied with your order, please do inform us via email or a call within three days of receiving it, and we will provide an exchange on a case-by-case basis. We want to ensure that our valued customers are always happy with their purchased products!

Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is already damaged upon delivery, broken, missing a part, or otherwise defective in some way, please get in touch with us within three working days of receiving your order with the images and video attached. We will help facilitate that action.
